How do you screen candidates?

Diamond Peak Recruiting offers a three-step screening process of all candidates before they are sent to you. Stability is the number one factor we look for in candidates, followed by project base and company history. Our construction recruiters will have an intake call with all potential candidates before they are sent for review. We do not blindly send resumes or spam your inbox.

Diamond Peak Recruiting has two offices to serve clients nationwide. We are headquartered in the River North neighborhood of Chicago and have an additional office in Aliso Viejo, California, right in the heart of Orange County.
